I found this a little different, a little softer than Fiji's other classes. Lots of good shoulder stretching and, as Fiji does, some good core work. This class is a good set up for doing some arm balances afterward.

Wonderful 30 min class to start your day, even when you feel really tired or lazy after waking up, this yoga practice will help with just the right amount of stretch, strength and intensity needed to give you the energy for the day! Thank you so much Fiji, you are my favourite yoga teacher!
