The Ultimate Shoulder Sequence
This slow, meditative Hatha yoga class is a thorough stretching of the shoulders and neck. You will be reminded throughout to return to an awareness of your body sensations as you flow through the poses. A 10-minute total body relaxation completes the class.

Great practice! I found the music a bit stressful though, like from an eerie suspense movie. Namaste
When I saw that the first class of this program was just neck and shoulder specific I almost didn't do it, because I was looking for a full body day. I'm glad I did, it was very relieving and felt amazing. I quite enjoyed the audio over his movements vs him speaking while he was doing the poses. Overall, I got a lot more out of this than I expected.
