This sweet class is designed specifically for singers and vocal performers. We’ll target the muscles and areas needed to increase lung capacity, increase throat relaxation, and support beautiful vocalizing. By incorporating humming into the practice, we’ll soothe the vocal cords and warm up the voice. Perfect for warming up, or cooling down, from vocal work.

I took this class out of curiosity. I think it has real potential to enhance my breath control and projection while singing. Thank you!

As a singer, I really appreciate the creativity in your weaving singing tools into a yoga session.

I do have a couple of suggestions with respect to timing. In the first down dog, you advise moving into it after three to five breaths, yet you move into it right away.

In the sideways bending over while humming, you advise doing another round, yet you begin the next segment before there is time to do it.

Thanks for listening.
