Thank you! I will definitely do these two poses before I head out on my bicycle. After riding, I sometimes get intense and painful inner-thigh cramps in the middle of the night while sleeping.
Only a few poses, but layers of challenge. An excellent and short practice to reveal the blockages in the hips, and help maintain opening alongside my love of cycling. I could not ask for more. Thank you truly DYWM. Crystal clear as always Rachel, thank you <3
