Wrist Free Vinyasa, Part II

Intermediate I

This wrist free vinyasa class with Jonni-Lyn offers standing poses, hip openers, balancing poses and forward folds, all done without any pressure on the wrists. Jonni-Lyn shows you how you can be light on the fingertips - or simply hover them off the ground - and still maintain your balance, allowing you to practice for the days when you cannot (or choose not to) place weight on your wrists!

You can find Part One of this series here: Wrist Free Vinyasa, Part I.

What a lovely, soothing practice! Thank you!

I enjoyed the chanting and was wondering if you could offer more information about its source and credits (other than "India"), in this and any other practice that uses them. This information would help with intentions during the practice and would avoid the jarring appearance of cultural appropriation.

This was a nice break on some pain in my upper arm. So it's good for more than just wrist issues.

So yummy! This is what I would consider a great morning practice: plenty of slow stretching and a build up to some deeper stretches, with lots of deep breathing. Nothing too jarring or intense, but those hip stretches sure can be! Calm, soothing, yet awakening. Thank you, Jonni-Lynn!

I also enjoyed these sessions very much. I haven't any wrist issues but my shoulders needed a rest! Just perfect! Thank you!

A good practice for hand and wrist issues or to do something different.
A variety of poses and some breath work. Felt nice at the end of practice.
Loved the sounds of the waves too!

I loved both sessions. They’re helping me through recovery of an injury.
