Perfect cue ing. Thank you
Every class, every time! Tracey your words, your verbal guidance and your integration is seamless. Thank you for always giving me what I didn't know I needed. xxx
I wish theses 7 chakra classes with Tracey were linked so that I could go right from one into the other, in order, like with the challenges.
its part of a "program" https://www.doyogawithme.com/content/ebb-flow-expansion-program
plough + fish - great combination! thank you.
Wonderful
Calming and reflective!
Thank you
Traceyji,
Thank you so much for this offering. I've been struggling in figuring out what's my next "right" step when I finish school in a few months to the point where I'm getting terrible knots in my neck. Of course they're still there, but my neck/throat definitely feels more comfortable and open after this class. It touches me deeply that I may return to this class to lean on and continue learning to allow whatever is longing to be expressed through me to do so...get out of the way, lol.
Pranams,
Emily
Lovely and gentle practice! Note that the sound quality isn't very good towards the end so it's hard to tell if the long savasana ends before the video.
Excellent stretch through the backline
Perfect movement for a run recovery routine. Thank you Tracey … you’re the best!
I feel open and relaxed. Thanks you.
So enjoy the classes in this series! Thank you.
Thank you, Tracey, for the excellent guidance through plough pose.
another lovely practice with Tracey.
It’s nice to do plow pose and fish pose! I don’t get to do those often in my practice! Love them.
Love the thoughtful way you put a practice together. This felt really nourishing.
Loving this weeklong practice. (And loved the “made you look”-length savasana…laughed out loud at myself for peeking an eye open to be sure the video was still going)
