Moving through your fifth chakra with inspiration and expression. Shoulder openers, long limber lines and inspiration to move through plough, and optional shoulder stand. Our throat chakra offers us freedom of the words that bind us - both out loud and silently to ourselves.

Fifth chakra work! Welcomed that this morning. I did a pranayama class with David prior and set me up to really relax into this class. Could use a modification for fish pose. Too much for my neck and yet I can feel I could really benefit from that opening.

I am such a huge fan of Tracey's classes! For some reason I had troubles fully understanding the instructions, especially with the small feet movements and often found myself having to break up the flow to check the screen.

Felt a bit stiff from yesterday's practice and a physically busy day, but surprised myself when my body said let's do this! So glad I did - as others have said the plough to fish was especially lovely.
