Felt more like a stretching class than a yoga class. No focus on breathwork.
Unfortunately I did not enjoy this class. It seemed like more of a stretching class then a yoga class.
Very nice for first thing in the morning to gently stretch and open the body without any jarring movements. Meditative and mellow. Thanks, Tracey!
Super class - very grounding - just what I needed! Class started as audio but I ran it forward and then back and the video came on - not a very technical intervention but it worked for me!
