Short But Sweet Restorative Yoga

Beginner I
Satiya created this class for the many people out there who live busy lives but still want to experience a restorative yoga class on a regular basis. Satiya's gentle guidance and calming voice are enough to encourage you to relax deeply and let go, even for a short - but sweet - moment in your day. There is no music in this class, so feel free to add your own. If you don't have a bolster, learn how to make a bolster at home.

Lovely class! I appreciate the shorter length of this class that still gives me time to center and feel grounded. Thank you!

I find it difficult to concentrate on my breath but Satiya’s voice and instructions make it easier, the stretches with the blanket felt great.

Short and sweet, indeed! I'm grateful for all of Satiya's classes and admire how quickly she brings me into my body each class.

i just loved the breathing and side strech, just what I needed to let go before laying down for the night.

Not my favorite restorative on your site, might just be the length though, Also no contest code on this one!

With how short the class is and how I was feeling this morning, I didn't think this seemingly simple class was going to be enough (I usually try to do an active yoga for about half an hour to get the dust out of my joints)! But it surprisingly is! I don't know how this works, but thank you for doing what you do, Satiya.

Peaceful grounding is one of Satiya's magic powers. This is long enough to connect and let go when you just need to transition out of a long day. Thank you so much.

Thank you, Satiya. That was lovely a gentle way to wake up the body this morning.....I wasn't sure what I wanted but this was perfect and gentle for limited time. I fell very calm and centred and ready for this day now. Namaste. x

I woke up this morning feeling stiff and grumpy after a couple of weeks without yoga. Wasn't sure if a short restorative class would do the job but I was short on time, so decided to give it a try. Wow! Satiya's lovely peaceful voice and calm instructions got me thoroughly stretched out in all the right places. I will definitely return to this one. Thank you Satiya. Namaste.
