Thank you for having the courage to share it Julia! This has become a go-to practice for me when I'm angry or have stuck emotions. It's powerful and cathartic! And you're so kind to respond to all these messages. ;-)

I'm an elementary teacher and have felt very frustrated with my professional life recently. I didn't even know that I was looking for this practice until I found it. The strong breath meditation helped me let out anger but also tears that needed to fall. Thank you for guiding me through something I desperately needed!

@Callieraemc I'm glad you were able to find this class and some release. The strong breath practice is a Kundalini practice called 'Fists of Anger' -- I can't count how many times I've used it to help release those deep down feelings that seem to get stuck sometimes.

I was intrigued by the name of the class and thought I should take it even though I did not think I was particularly angry at the moment. Going through the class I realized I had been very annoyed with some computer issues earlier and then felt the deep outrage I feel about the damage humans are doing to our planet. Felt good to have a way to let that go and fill up with golden light. Also loved the bird song in the background. Thank you!

@dfourt you're very welcome! I've personally found that having these little exercises/meditations in my tool belt have helped so much with figuring out my own emotions and releasing them. I'm so happy to share!
