I started the week with some frustration and anger inducing situations. Instead of retreating to my usual numbing mechanisms, I came to the mat and met myself through your class. I am coming out lighter with the release and radiant. Thank you Julia!
This was magnificent! Exactly what I needed today, what a gift from the universe to find it front and centre on the homepage. I appreciate your calm guidance Julia, and the way you did not make anger out to be something bad, just an experience that can be difficult to be with and move through. (Unlike the description - "bad energy", which almost made me skip the class!) These exercises are all wonderful and I feel so much more grounded in the fullness of my being, not contracted into anger. Namaste.
