In this yummy flow, we’ll target the areas that frequently get tight or neglected, like the forearms and hands, as well as do some delicious chest and hip flexor openings to help balance out work where we are frequently hunched over. Often we feel more in tune with what’s important in our lives and what we might need to wrap up or finish off in our lives. This class is specific for supporting your system during this time with a slower flow and thyroid stimulation. This class is Phase 3 of Yoga for the Female Hormonal Cycle.
