Nice focus on the shoulders. Like some of the variation of poses. The voice instructions feel a bit hurried or too fast paced for me. This the four stars. Thank you.
The class felt like it went by very quick. I had to look up more than usual to see what I was supposed to be doing but I have not done too many of Tracey's classes. My shoulders and back really needed the work, thanks!
