First, this is an amazing site. I have been out of practicing yoga for a few years now (have no idea why....) and found this site and have done about 12 different practices now and this is by far my favorite. It accomplishes everything I am looking to do. It's a little challenging, gets your heart rate going, stretches muscles, strengthens core, and Tianne has a perfect voice, not too cheerful, not too somber, not annoying, just perfect. I can't say enough good things about it. THANK YOU
