Let Rachel guide you in one of her favorite pranayama practices, in this final installment of her four-part pranayama series. Nadi shodhana pranayama is designed to stimulate the feminine and masculine energetic channels of the body, resulting in a sense of deep calm and balance. Remember: pranayama should always create calm rather than anxiety, so if you feel short of breath or anxious, then leave the guided practice and return to an easeful, natural breath. The previous class in this series is Prana 3: Counted Breath with Full Retention.
