So glad to come back and do this one again. A wonderfully active class and I love the beach background. Wish I was there too, although the sand looks a bit wobbly. Thanks Ron!

Ron, the classes that you have shared, not only this one but others as well, have been instrumental during my experience of learning how to transition from doing to embodying. Thank you for sharing! <3

You had me at Shavasana :P This was what I needed today, thank you Ron. I liked your comment too about “enjoy the sensations in your body” because so many times we don’t stop long enough to feel and enjoy, even if the sensation is uncomfortable. Off to buy a bolster!

I love this class! It has a little of everything and not too much of anything. Ron is playful and light. It feels great!

Hi Ron,
I love this class.
When you have us go from downward dog to one leg DD and then balance one arm to the side, is it OK if my standing foot turns in? I have difficulty keeping it parallel to the mat with my upper leg twisting that much. The balance is hard but I can do it on one side without falling over.
Thank you,
James

Hi James
Thank you for taking the time to write!
This part of the class is less technique and more play, and... now as I try it, I love the challenge of keeping that standing foot parallel, but it doesn't have to or need to. I think if we are leading with the leg, reaching until the hand naturally lifts, we are so far into the transition toward flipping the dog that the standing foot has already started its transition so that foot turning in is pretty natural.

Thank you Ron.
I love your concept of yoga play in this class and I approached it that way today. There are many details which revealed themselves to me this time around. I think this session will become a firm favourite. I hope you have plans to record many more!

Love the playfulness, sensuality and freedom this practice offers. Really nice, lengthy, silent savasana at the end to integrate. Thanks again, Ron. Namaste.

Great class with a wonderful teacher. Ron uses non-traditional sequencing with great effects. As other people have noted, Ron's personality and directions are on-point and very enjoyable. Fully recommended!

I really appreciate that Ron gives enough time for Sivasana at the end of the class. With most classes, I have to pause the video at the end in order to have an adequate amount of time to assimilate the practice, but Ron always gives time for this important part of Yoga.

Dear Ron
I absolutely love your work. I have a smile on my face throughout the practice. I love the way dance weaves its way through your all the movements and poses. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, your words are so helpful, little reminders and pointers and reflections. Such a beautiful way to start my Saturday. Thank you.

Just discovered this class and Ron is quickly becoming my favorite teacher. His classes are playful, energetic but also calming. I love the figure 8 arm swings, kickstand arms and keeping in mind that "all yoga is good yoga". Thank you!

Thank you, Ron! My body feels expansive and my mind feels peaceful. I love how you present yoga in such an accepting, open way -- that advanced yoga is not about mastering techniques but listening to your body and knowing what it needs. I also love your playfulness and kind spirit. I'm going to go spray my love around now!
