Hi Ron,
I love this class.
When you have us go from downward dog to one leg DD and then balance one arm to the side, is it OK if my standing foot turns in? I have difficulty keeping it parallel to the mat with my upper leg twisting that much. The balance is hard but I can do it on one side without falling over.
Thank you,
James

Hi James
Thank you for taking the time to write!
This part of the class is less technique and more play, and... now as I try it, I love the challenge of keeping that standing foot parallel, but it doesn't have to or need to. I think if we are leading with the leg, reaching until the hand naturally lifts, we are so far into the transition toward flipping the dog that the standing foot has already started its transition so that foot turning in is pretty natural.

Thank you Ron.
I love your concept of yoga play in this class and I approached it that way today. There are many details which revealed themselves to me this time around. I think this session will become a firm favourite. I hope you have plans to record many more!

Love the playfulness, sensuality and freedom this practice offers. Really nice, lengthy, silent savasana at the end to integrate. Thanks again, Ron. Namaste.

Great class with a wonderful teacher. Ron uses non-traditional sequencing with great effects. As other people have noted, Ron's personality and directions are on-point and very enjoyable. Fully recommended!
