Nice energizing beginning then the rest gets just challenging enough for my lazy morning body. Thank you, Sarah Jane for including my favorite pose--bow pose, and another favorite--camel. Looking forward to waking up tomorrow to enjoy it again, and I'm sure many times over.

A little faster flowing than Hatha - good focus for the low back to get it loosened up in the morning.
This was a great break in the middle of my morning. I will definitely do it again.
