I love all of Melissa's classes but this morning routine is perfect for me in terms of length and how lovely and relaxing it feels in the body. The meditation at the beginning helps to ground me and No shivasana at the end is perfect so that I can transition right into my day.
Now, THAT'S what I call a morning yoga class.
