I just completed Fiji's 14-day elevate challenge (took me a bit longer than 14 days, maybe 18!). Looking forward to some micro-practices now. Lol, like Gilly I too was tempted to keep going but am going to resist to one day , or maybe an AM and then PM practice, seeing how I feel :-)
That was great, just a quickie but so good! Tempted to do the next class straight away but will leave it for tomorrow :-)

Thanks for that, Rachel. I was a little sceptical but it was lovely and if I’m honest, I often skip my practice when I haven’t got enough time. This was a gentle “no excuses”.
