I am hooked. This was probably the best positive experience between body and mind that I have ever felt. I attempted and struggled with meditation to no avail. I just could not rap my head around the concept and never felt any kind of quietness or calm.
Nicky this is just so perfect for me. Wow. I understand now. The body mind connection was a very powerful experience for me throughout and after the exercise.
Today was different than yesterday and now I cannot wait until tomorrow.

Really grateful for this class. My daughter was stillborn in January and I am trying to stop myself from losing my mind. I had tried a more 'energetic' class first, but really, this is exactly what I need. I have practised it the past 3 days and I feel stronger as a result. I will continue to use it. It makes me believe that I actually can help myself to heal. And that I might be alright. I have been carrying a lot of guilt so the class helps me to let some of that go. Thank you Nicky. You are really helping me.
