Thank you very much Jonn-Lyn for this classical Jivamukti paced class. I am sometimes struggling with the speed of the warming up (especially when it is the first thing I do in the early morning) but it was definitly worth it! I felt wonderful after this flow and would love to find even longer Jivamukti classes - an hour would be great! Very nice chanting btw :)
I loved this class. I came here after doing Fiji's 14 day challenge on Amazon Prime and subscribed. I was so amazed by what I was able to accomplish and what kinds of feelings I unearthed.
