Thankyou! I estimate that I can reach about 60% of the full range of this class, which is perfect because it gives me something to work towards every day. I am quite frustrated, however, because a recurring wrist issue prevents me from putting my whole weight on my right wrist. So many yummy poses require that wrist strength and health. Any suggestions?
wonderfully energising and a reminder of the powerful energy that flows through us all, thank you!!
The sun is rising and my heart is beating. Woo Hoo! What an energetic and creative class to start the day. I definitely felt challenged and this class makes me want to come back and do it again. Thank you
Another wonderful addition to your short classes. However, I apologize if this is not the right place to do so but, it has been quite a while since we've been treated with a longer flow. I miss being Beautifully Bound with straps, renewed the heck out in Power In Flow, and can't forget the absolutely classic fave Connections to Core. Sure, the shorter classes are nice for when the schedule is overwhelming, but I also feel like it's straying a bit from what made me fall in love with yoga - which, to me at least, is to find the time so we can fully indulge. What do you think?
This is just a thought that has been on my mind for some time now since I have begun to see a trend in shorter classes. As always, thank you so much!

Hi, Ken.
Yes, we have been leaning more toward shorter classes lately, since up until recently we had many more longer options. But the pendulum has swung and our focus will now be on creating a good balance, along with some new styles.
Thanks for the message.
Cheers,
David
