This is my favorite of all your short classes, Fiji. I also love many of your longer classes, but it's rare that I have more than forty minutes for yoga and some days (like today) twenty is my limit. This is a great video to do in the morning before I get on with school. Thank you!

Wonderful! Thank you for this, I have been eyeing it for the last week and finally had a chance to try it. I usually do Fiji's post-run sequence after my long runs, but today I tried this one and it was actually REALLY good for reinvigorating the legs. I thought it might be too much, but it was just perfect. Definitely keeping this one in the rotation. Once again, Fiji does not disappoint!
