I don't know how Tracey creates a 23 minute practice that's so complete and doesn't feel rushed, but she does. The absence of shavasana at the end is ok, since I follow her advice from another lesson to rest for 20 full breaths.

Thanks for that advice, jonathonlee. I usually just lay in savasana until I feel like moving. I tried the 20-breath rest today and it was great. So simple. :)

This is the PERFECT morning class. I've been doing it for five days in a row now, and I don't know how I could ever choose something else. Many beautiful poses in a short period of time, perfectly paced. It hits all the right spots when you want to wake up the body. A bit of hips, absolutely, but also the upper back and shoulders. Love, love love it.
