Off and on, despite the highest volume, I couldn't clearly hear Julia. If you need an instructor who projects this isn't for you. Not clearly hearing is not relaxing.

It's 12\27 and I was frustrated and exhausted prior to class. I feel a much deeper sense of calm, acceptance, and peace, to say nothing of a more open an relaxed body now. Thanks!
