Adding strength training to your yoga is a great way to build strength and capacity. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Try this class to go deeper in your strength work using heavier weights and trying lower repetitions. Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights.

This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 3, the final class of the Yoga4Strength series.

Nothing fancy, just solid moves that are doable by anyone and progressive for everyone. This targeted strength practice is a nice addition to DYWM. Thanks!
