I have been doing a lot of the yoga classes on here for years, and felt like I wanted to change things up. This was a great introduction to pilates, and look forward to trying the 21 day challenge. Kathi was clear and concise. I had to watch the video a couple times for the hip sequence, as the camera angle was hard to see what was happening. Other then that great class!

My husband (a non-flexible person unfamiliar with Pilates and Yoga) and I worked on this class several times, essentially to introduce him to Pilates principles (and refresh my understanding of them). As simple as it seems these subtle movements are DIFFICULT (he soon discovered! :). Thanks Kathi for generously providing this opportunity during our quarantine away from home; it really helped to keep both of us physically and mentally healthy.

I am not that familiar with pilates and ths was a great intro. I plan to do the Pilates series on DYWM so I am thankful for this video and will pass it on to others who may want to try Pilates.
