My husband (a non-flexible person unfamiliar with Pilates and Yoga) and I worked on this class several times, essentially to introduce him to Pilates principles (and refresh my understanding of them). As simple as it seems these subtle movements are DIFFICULT (he soon discovered! :). Thanks Kathi for generously providing this opportunity during our quarantine away from home; it really helped to keep both of us physically and mentally healthy.

I am not that familiar with pilates and ths was a great intro. I plan to do the Pilates series on DYWM so I am thankful for this video and will pass it on to others who may want to try Pilates.

Never knew there was so much detail to know about Pilates. Liked that you mentioned your setting. One minor suggestion: Summarize by listing the 5 principles at end.
