Good class...I can do the movements pretty well, but would like to slow down a bit and focus more on breathing and movement.

For someone who spend much time working on the computer, this is a five minute class your shoulders will appreciate.

New to Yoga, but really like how it makes me feel.

I am new to Yoga, so I can't really say what I am doing here is all I want to do. I do know that after doing only three short videos this evening, I feel so much better.
I am working to lose some weight but mostly I am working to become stronger again, and more flexible, this may be the answer to my needs.
I am so glad to have found this site and will be here daily to learn more about Yoga and breathing and stretching.
Thanks for having me.

Good way to warm up in the morning

If you do not get a good night's sleep, it is a good way to warm up to start the day and not feel guilty for not taking care of yourself.

I'm just starting this beginners class and I REALLY need this in the worst way. I've had a sedentary lifestyle ever since I retired (2 years ago). I am approaching this knowing it will help me mentally and physically.

I thank you so much for providing this class. It is a real Godsend!

Thank You,
