Just like the class description says; a strength builder. If you’re looking for a class to build power as opposed to precision, this is one to take.

Whoa this was a super humbling practice and I really had to take a ton of accommodations. I do an intermediate doyogawithme class almost daily. Felt more like an advanced practice to me. I will be sore!
Very challenging on the legs and holding positions. A few side planks which had to be cut short due to fatigue on the wrists. Will have to come back to it again to build up strength.
