Gentle class; only difficult aspect is twisting onto sides of both feet

Gentle & unique (turtle, mermaid, shooting star) other than some pulsing

always a brutal workout- flying pigeon, eagle, crow, etc.

Good stretching of legs- includes weird bear crawl pose...

A favorite: Sugar cane is essentially half moon w/o arms

Intense work out, lots of twisting/pulsing-there are decent breaks between difficult poses tho

Great when energy is low or don’t feel like doing anything (best not done in afternoon or evening)

good morning class. does have pose where legs rest on shoulders and the one where you balance on edges of feet. only 2x chatarungas

good vigorous workout w all the poses something I can actually do 

starts on back, ends on back 

Difficult but fun

Great for opening up the body

A favorite: half moon, twisted half moon, obliques

Helpful with digestion

Slow, methodical, starts off on back- more like an intermediate 1 other than the long held poses

lots of great poses with good creativity and flow -however 8 angle pose is very difficult
