This was a great later eve class for me. I loved when you said “bend your back knees”. Haha! I knew exactly what you meant and didn’t even think about it. The water noise was very relaxing.

Julia, thank you for mentioning that it's okay to hold the ankle in dancer's pose (standing balance) on either side...I always wondered about that!
