I've been doing a daily short practice, since it's hard to fit a lot of yoga into a school schedule, and though my upper body has gotten stronger I hadn't incorporated arm balances yet, mostly because I was intimidated. This practice is the perfect class to challenge me with poses I've never been able to do before. Fiji's careful instructions on form helped so much. Thanks for this awesome class!
