A 'Point of View’ or ‘A Frame of Mind’ or ‘A Standpoint’ is the same as our perspective. In this power yoga class, Tracey challenges your viewpoint with an eyes-open practice based on free flowing movement around your mat. It gives a lot of attention to shoulders, heart openers, hips and forward folds. Offer yourself the gift of seeing something differently today!

This practice offered a few challenges that were fun to try. I also didn’t realize how often I close my eyes during practice until Tracey pointed out not to close the eyes several times. Thank you Tracey.

This is not the first time I’ve done this class, but I always find something new that I love. This time, being close to the end of the challenge, I felt much more focused and able to concentrate. Will do it many more times.

Fun transitions in this practice - it forced me to still be present and aware even during sequences that I've done many times.
