40 Minute Restore
This restorative class has only 4 poses and savasana! Expect plenty of time to settle in and linger in the restorative shapes. This is a slow, cozy class. Note: Grab your favorite supportive props! Melissa suggests 2 blankets, one bolster, one chip block, and one eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes.
