Note: Grab your favorite supportive props! Melissa suggests 2 blankets, one bolster, one chip block, and one eye pillow or scarf to cover your eyes.

Perfect class for a lazy day. I just wanted to feel comfortable and warm and was not really in the mood for yoga. I'm happy this class is here.
