I revisited this class this morning. This short class brings me right to my center. It challenges me enough, without overwhelming. At the end, I feel relaxed peace. Thank you for bring spirit into your practice Tracey.

What a beautiful complete practise from the early days I believe. I felt a barrier to do this practise because of the advanced level, but it was such a pleasant, balanced and calming flow and it's again a message that we have to challenge our barriers to grow. Thank you for this morning.

I am loving these strengtheners and slight modifications to incorporate into my regular practice as I deal with either a pulled hamstring or yoga butt (going to doctor to get checked out soon)! I will be doing this class everyday until further notice. Thank you, Rachel!!

Thanks for the lovely strong practice Kathi! I've not done much Pilates and am coming back to yoga after a break so have enjoyed trying the new exercises and feeling the burn!

Thank you! I can see how much core strength can happen during yoga now by practicing this! I found it very hard to maintain all at once. the turning of the thighs in and the biceps hard to get, and maintaining pelvic floor. I assume that to continue to practice this set of 3 videos many times will help.
