Agreed with many other reviewers-- this class is a great sequence for mobilizing the body gradually but effectively in the morning. It's just long enough to feel like I went to a mini yoga class. Also like that there is a short savasana.
Perfect all-round class.
Also in the evening, after desk work. Lots of good stretches. Ready for dinner now.
A really complete and satisfying 30-minute practice. Wonderful way to start the day.
