Start your day off right, with this quick morning boost of yoga. A full class, including a short Pranayama practice and Asana, sequenced to get all of your body moving.
Chiming in to advocate this for an evening practice as well…a very very cold evening at the end of a very COLD day leaving my body needing some heat, movement, and loosening up.
Such a perfectly balanced class nice mix of breathing followed by a very engaging sequence. Perfect to get the body awake and keep the mind focused (for people like me with a wandering attention).
Thank you - I've been really struggling to get further than 10 or 15 minutes into a class before losing concentration. This was a perfect flow to keep my mind engaged in the morning and hopefully get back into regular practice again.
This was just perfect for my tight lower back - I thought would be too energetic for a morning practice, but it was 100% just right for me today. Feel great - thanks Jonni, keep ‘em coming! 🌈

This practice felt complete even in a short time, and it left me energized and bright. Love the breath work to start. The pace and challenge are just right for me first thing in the morning - not too sleepy, not too fast.
