I did this class after my typical run and it felt sooo good! I’m a beginner/intermediate and found this class the perfect level for me. I did not attempt side crow and instead opted to practice normal crow pose, so it’s definitely a class that’s adjustable depending on your ability.

I have a cold and am feeling a bit weak, plus have been overwhelmed by work, so this was JWIN. Even though during the second half of the practice, one of my cats found a mouse and was chasing it around near my yoga mat. EEK!! Broke the magic spell a little bit, but I still stayed present in the practice, haha. I guess that is a testament to just how good Melissa and this practice is. :)

This is one of my favourite classes to wind down a busy/ anxious day and truly step into relaxation. Sometimes, meditation isn't enough to calm a racing mind at the end of the day, but I feel this always does the trick. There is something about this class that is so yummy and wholesome, it's impossible not to be in the moment, savouring every pose, truly being present, wishing they wouldn't end. I'm a huge fan of Fiji's versatile style, and this course is fantastic

my back has really been bothering me lately - so many tight muscles in my shoulder girdle and down the sides of my back. this class has made me feel better more than anything else i've tried - THANK YOU anastasia!

I really enjoyed this one. Strength, flexibility, mindfulness -- all about giving and receiving positive movement for energy. And the pauses to remind ourselves about letting go and forgiveness were very meaningful. Thank you. I'm really getting a lot out of your classes Tracey.
