This dynamic, full-body vinyasa yoga class takes a well-balanced approach to the body, moving the spine in all directions and including opportunities to release so many muscle groups, including the hamstrings, hips, hip flexors, back and shoulders. As you move through the flow, Crista incorporates using the wall in a creative, supportive way, while progressing safely toward two challenging poses, forearm balance and wheel.

This is such a wonderful class! Crista, I love how you guide us to be lighthearted and sweet through challenge. As someone who loves Crista's teaching style, I don't know how it took me so long to find this class, but I'm so glad I did! I love playing at the wall! Thank you :)
nice - i see i can do more than i think

This is an amazing class. The first time I did it I was terrified and didn't quite make it up or down the wall into/from wheel -- but Crista really is the perfect teacher and companion for trying something outside of one's comfort zone (kissing the wall - yes!!). I appreciate how she always offers plenty of satisfying places to stop along the way in case you aren't going all the way into a pose. The second time I did this class, I surrounded myself with pillows just in case, and I faced my fears, and I was able to walk up the wall from wheel (!). That felt so magical and totally made my entire week (or year!?). I've grown so much by taking Crista's classes, particularly this one....her kindness and encouragement and humor are an inspiration. I can't wait to do this class again.
