Rachel, thanks for this session - it's fantastic! I have a question: regarding the first stretch position in this session, where you lean in to stretch the soleus, does the back leg position actually stretch the psoas / hip flexors fully too? I really like this particular stretch, and want to be sure it's benefitting my psoas / hip flexors too before i put it into my regular stretching session! Thanks xx

Hi Elle! If you are hinging forward from the hips, then you'll get less of psoas stretch. If you place your hands on your thigh and keep your torso more upright and tailbone lengthening down, then you'll get the psoas too!

Great for runners too! I do these classes so often, I would love it if there were more so I could switch them out a bit. (Love Fiji’s classes for runners too.)
