Fiji provides a wonderful power flow for the shoulders with two arm balances that are challenging. Fiji guides you through the poses; warming up the shoulders beforehand. You are able to stay at various levels within each pose which is nice and I plan to use this practice to continue my yoga journey into shoulder poses. You won't be disappointed.

I always love your classes Fiji! I was just wondering if I can't (at all) jump back with conviction out of crow pose, is there a point in continuing to try or should I focus on strengthening first?

Hi Tara,

Great question. Often there is a mental block around these types of transitions, hitting the same wall over and over can just build frustration and make the reluctance stronger! Have you tried just pushing one leg back then the other? This is often a great first step. The other option is to touch the toes down then hop as lightly as you can to chaturanga. Hope this helps!
