I did it upon waking up, felt great! I liked the integration of breathing exercises (kapabalati) which then made me pay more attention to my breath throughout the practice.

I was in "monkey brain" after a hectic day at work and this settled me right down. Will try this in the morning too as I am always looking for short series I can do to prepare me for the day as I don't have time for a long session in the mornings.

Such a perfect little desk break practice - merci Fiji!
My today's 30-day January challenge class, since I had a long day of writing and more work to come.
Feeling refreshed and regenerated.

Simple, effective, fluff-free sequence - great for a day when I didn't *feel* like doing yoga but I knew that my body and mind would benefit from it. Just right for today. Thank you!

Thank you! Such a great short, energizing class! Loved it.

Is that a coyote that walks through the shot at the end??!!
I love the moments in the DYWM videos where birds fly through the shot!
Great work everyone! I am grateful for DYWM and all of you!
Namaste.
