Sweet practice! Plenty of time in each pose to refresh and get the blood circulating. Made me wonder if there is a specific “yoga in business attire” class somewhere in the files? (Warrior pose is a tough one in a pencil skirt!! :))

Refreshing practice, I can see how doing this as a mid-day break would be perfect. Not a lot of strength or stretch required, just enough to feel like things are circulating again. What was the animal that wandered across at the end?

I liked the shoulder stretch after the hard work from yesterday, Well worth the practice. I am glad we are getting close to the end, but I feel so good, how do I transition to just regular practice. I want to continue to get stronger.
