Yoga for Lifelong Pleasure
Allowing your body to move towards the sensations of pleasure is the same as allowing your body to move in the direction of healthiness. In this class, Guy explores the use of pleasure in your yoga practice as a way of moving towards better health.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 7 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.
