Very helpful. I teach yoga for healthy aging and knee problems are frequently reported to me. The typical way of "stretching" the IT (and taught in TT) has always seemed like an anatomical oxymoron. This is on the agenda for my popular "developmental asana" this week. Thank you Rachel.

This is super helpful. I have suffered from left knee pain from running / biking that is worst when my knee is fully extended/straightened. I think stretching everything around it will be my best path to healing...
