I first came to DYWM close to 9 years ago searching for relief from hip and lower back pain. I randomly found your video for just that. It helped me so much and was the start of my yoga journey that continues today. Through your program, I earned my 200 hr teacher certification in May of 2023 and am now sharing what I've learned with others. Recently spending a lot of time with my 11 month old granddaughter got my lower back and hip jammed-up again. I did this pressure point class today and wow, HUGE difference in how I'm feeling now. It is officially part of my self-care tool box. Thank you!
