Unpack Your Work Day

Beginner I
In this gentle hatha yoga class, Tracey keeps it low to the ground either sitting or kneeling, and helps you unwind from your work day with some neck, shoulder, arm and wrist stretches along with some soft twists. Take some time to slow your thoughts and let your body recover.

I know technically this is geared towards desk work but it was equally good for easing the burn I was starting to feel after two days of cleaning snow. Actually, what burn? I don't even know what that is...

This is the first class I have tried from Tracy and I will definitely be doing more. This was perfect for a day I committed to do yoga after work, but found myself feeling stressed, tired, and with not much time to practice at the end of the day. It left me wanting a longer or follow-up practice-- in a good way!
