In this gentle hatha yoga class, Tracey keeps it low to the ground either sitting or kneeling, and helps you unwind from your work day with some neck, shoulder, arm and wrist stretches along with some soft twists. Take some time time to slow your thoughts and let your body recover.

This is the first class I have tried from Tracy and I will definitely be doing more. This was perfect for a day I committed to do yoga after work, but found myself feeling stressed, tired, and with not much time to practice at the end of the day. It left me wanting a longer or follow-up practice-- in a good way!

I really needed a way to calm my mind and focus on my body and this did such an awesome job at just that- and i LOVED the hand yoga- so helpful. Great guidance.
