In this gentle hatha yoga class, Tracey keeps it low to the ground either sitting or kneeling, and helps you unwind from your work day with some neck, shoulder, arm and wrist stretches along with some soft twists. Take some time to slow your thoughts and let your body recover.

It's funny how you can derive comfort and peace from breathing through a bit of discomfort. When you learn to be comfortable w/ the uncomfortable and come out of it feeling refreshed and new again. :)
Thank you Tracey. I'm having static radio surgery soon and this is the class I will do before to help relax my shoulders and neck. (Really good for keyboard hands/wrists too)
