What a great stretch for those wrists, upper body at the end of a workday!
Loved the focus on the neck, shoulders, and wrists and the gentle transitions.
It's funny how you can derive comfort and peace from breathing through a bit of discomfort. When you learn to be comfortable w/ the uncomfortable and come out of it feeling refreshed and new again. :)
