In this 10 minute guided meditation with Jonni-Lyn, we explore the gyan mudra (hand gesture) and work with the traditional mantra "So Hum". This mantra translates into "I am That". No props are necessary for this practice, just an open heart and a few minutes of your day.
Jonni Lyn, thank you for this lovely meditation. I am recovering from breast cancer surgery and this was just what I needed to visualize the good coming in and the bad leaving.

This was a wonderful contrast to yesterday’s Ganesha meditation. Thanks, Jonni Lyn, for the different kinds of experiences you offer.
Love meditation however this was a bit odd. Silence is great however it ended abruptly in my opinion.
Amazing. Thank you. Truly opened me up. Blessings.
