Enjoy the first day of the Prenatal Pilates Series with Julia! This series will focus on supporting you throughout your pregnancy, setting you up for delivery, and preparing you for a faster return to normal after birth. Day 1 is a simple run-through of areas you’ll strengthen throughout the series. Pelvic floor anyone?

Thank you so much for this class! I've fallen out of practice during my pregnancy and this was a nice approachable length to get back into things at 30 weeks. It's so great to have a pregnancy-safe pilates option!
