I love this practice. It is dynamic and reviving at the same time. Also relaxing. I needed this as I'm recovering from plantar fascitis and also the flu. Yoga is always here to support us, and I love taking classes with Fiji. Congratulations on 10 years of DYWM.

I was thinking this course was going to be miserable, but signed up becasue it was gonna be good for me. It was good for me, and challenging, but it wasn't miserable!!! Good variety in poses and alternative variations for newer yogis!
